Androidacy, LLC

Last Updated: February 27, 2026

1. Scope and Incorporation

This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) describes the cookies and similar tracking technologies used by Androidacy, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Androidacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), in connection with the Androidacy website at androidacy.com, all associated subdomains, and all Androidacy mobile and desktop applications, including without limitation the Androidacy Module Manager and any other applications published by Androidacy (collectively, the “Service”). This Policy is supplemental to and incorporated by reference into the Androidacy Terms of Service (“ToS”), available at androidacy.com/terms/, and the Privacy Policy, available at androidacy.com/privacy/. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in the ToS or Privacy Policy, as applicable.

This Policy governs the use, disclosure, and management of cookies and tracking technologies on the Service. For all other matters relating to the collection, use, and processing of personal data, including detailed disclosures regarding data processors and international data transfers, refer to the Privacy Policy. Where any provision of this Policy conflicts with the ToS, the ToS shall control. Where any provision of this Policy conflicts with the Privacy Policy on a matter of data protection, the Privacy Policy shall control.

2. Consent Management

2.1 Consent Mechanisms

Androidacy obtains consent for non-essential cookies through the following consent management platforms:

(a) Google Funding Choices (“FCM”) on the Androidacy website, operating within the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework.

(b) Google User Messaging Platform (“UMP”) within Androidacy applications.

These platforms present consent options prior to the deployment of non-essential cookies and provide granular controls by cookie category. Strictly necessary cookies, as described in Section 3.1, do not require consent and are deployed upon access to the Service.

2.2 Consent Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time through:

(a) The cookie consent controls accessible through FCM on the website or UMP within Androidacy applications.

(b) Your browser or device settings, as applicable.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed prior to withdrawal. For data subject access requests or erasure requests relating to personal data beyond cookie consent, refer to the Privacy Policy.

2.3 Global Privacy Control

Androidacy’s third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense, recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal as a valid opt-out of personalized advertising. When a GPC signal is detected, these services treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under applicable privacy laws, including the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. Androidacy does not independently process the GPC signal for its own first-party data collection. Androidacy selects advertising partners whose published policies include GPC signal recognition.

2.4 Do Not Track

No universal standard for Do Not Track (“DNT”) browser signals has been adopted. Androidacy does not currently alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals but does honor GPC signals as described in Section 2.3.

3. Cookie Categories and Purposes

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the operation of the Service and cannot be disabled without materially impairing functionality. They include authentication cookies that maintain logged-in state, security tokens for CSRF protection, load balancing cookies, and session management cookies. These cookies are first-party, set by Androidacy domains.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest in providing the requested service. No consent is required under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC.

Retention: Session duration or as technically required for the specific function.

3.2 Performance and Analytics

3.2.1 First-Party Analytics

Androidacy operates a first-party analytics system that collects aggregate, non-identifying usage data (page views, session counts, traffic patterns) to monitor Service performance and inform development priorities. This system does not identify individual users and relies solely on strictly necessary cookies. No consent is required under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

3.2.2 Third-Party Analytics (Deployed Only During Active Advertising Campaigns)

The following third-party analytics services are deployed only during active advertising campaigns and are removed upon campaign conclusion:

Google Analytics 4

Provider: Google LLC. Collects session statistics, page views, traffic sources, and user interaction data for campaign attribution and performance measurement. IP addresses are used at collection time and discarded before storage. Retention: 26 months from last interaction. Opt-out: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

3.2.3 Application Analytics

The following services operate within Androidacy applications on a continuous basis:

Google Analytics for Firebase

Crashlytics

Provider: Google LLC. Collects crash data, device identifiers, and diagnostic information for application stability monitoring. Retention: 90 days.

Legal basis: First-party analytics operate under legitimate interest with strictly necessary cookies only. Third-party campaign analytics and application analytics require consent, obtained through FCM or UMP prior to deployment.

3.3 Advertising Cookies

These cookies enable the display of advertisements and, during active advertising campaigns, the measurement of campaign effectiveness.

Google AdSense (website)

Provider: Google LLC. Displays targeted advertisements to non-premium users of the Service on the Androidacy website. Sets the DoubleClick cookie for ad selection and frequency capping. Collects user interaction and behavioral data for ad personalization. Retention: 13 months. Opt-out: Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com). Premium Members are not served AdSense advertisements; no Google advertising scripts are loaded for Premium Members.

Google AdMob (applications)

Provider: Google LLC. Displays targeted advertisements to non-premium users within Androidacy applications. Collects device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and interaction data for ad personalization. Retention: governed by Google’s data retention policies. Opt-out: device advertising settings. Premium Members are not served AdMob advertisements; no Google advertising SDKs are initialized for Premium Members.

Google Ads Conversion Tracking (deployed only during active advertising campaigns)

Provider: Google LLC. Tracks conversions from Google Ads campaigns. Collects conversion events and user identifiers. Retention: up to 540 days. Deployed only for the duration of active campaigns and removed upon campaign conclusion.

Google Signals (deployed only during active advertising campaigns)

Provider: Google LLC. Associates visit information with signed-in Google accounts for cross-device attribution and remarketing. Deployed only for the duration of active campaigns in conjunction with GA4. Opt-out: Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/privacy).

Reddit Conversion Pixel (deployed only during active advertising campaigns)

Provider: Reddit, Inc. Tracks conversions from Reddit advertising campaigns. Collects page visit and conversion event data. Deployed only for the duration of active campaigns and removed upon campaign conclusion.

Legal basis: Consent obtained through FCM or UMP prior to deployment. Advertising cookies are not deployed absent affirmative consent.

3.4 Functionality Cookies

These cookies enable user preference persistence and enhanced features beyond what is strictly necessary for core Service operation, including theme selection and form state management.

Legal basis: Consent obtained through FCM or UMP where required by applicable law. Where a functionality cookie is necessary to provide a feature the user has specifically requested, legitimate interest may apply.

Retention: Variable based on function; typically session to 12 months.

4. Infrastructure Services

4.1 Cloudflare

Provider: Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare provides content delivery, DDoS protection, and traffic optimization for the Service. All traffic to the Service passes through Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare may set cookies necessary for security and performance functions, including bot detection and load balancing.

Cloudflare cookies necessary for security and bot detection functions are classified as strictly necessary. Other Cloudflare analytics or optimization cookies, if deployed, are subject to consent. Retention: 4 hours to 30 days depending on cookie type. Cloudflare’s privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

4.2 Hosting Infrastructure

The Service is hosted on infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH (primary, located in Finland and Germany) with failover and backup capacity on Google Cloud Platform (located in the United States). These hosting providers process server-side logs in the ordinary course of operations but do not set client-side cookies on the Service. Data processing by hosting providers is disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Content

The Service may from time to time embed third-party content, including media, widgets, or interactive elements. Embedded content may cause the third-party provider to set cookies on your device, governed by that provider’s cookie and privacy policies. Androidacy does not control cookies set by embedded third-party content.

Links to third-party websites and social media profiles on the Service are implemented as standard hyperlinks and do not set cookies or transmit data to the linked service until you affirmatively navigate to the third-party site.

6. Effect of Cookie Restrictions

Blocking or deleting strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Service from functioning correctly, including loss of authenticated sessions and failure of security mechanisms. Blocking performance, analytics, or advertising cookies does not affect core Service functionality but may result in a less personalized experience and the display of less relevant advertisements. Blocking functionality cookies may require you to reconfigure preferences each session.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16 (or such higher minimum age as required in the applicable jurisdiction). Androidacy does not knowingly deploy non-essential cookies to collect information from children. For further information, refer to Section 2 of the ToS and the applicable provisions of the Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable Law

This Policy is intended to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws in the jurisdictions in which the Service operates, including without limitation the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC as amended by 2009/136/EC, and the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. Where a jurisdiction imposes requirements beyond those described herein, Androidacy shall comply with such requirements to the extent applicable.

9. Updates

Androidacy may update this Policy to reflect changes in cookie usage, legal requirements, or Service functionality. Material changes to cookie practices may require renewed consent, which shall be requested through FCM or UMP. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. Previous versions are available upon request to privacy@androidacy.com.
