End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Androidacy Products and Services

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between the end-user (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You”) and Androidacy (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). This Agreement stipulates the terms and conditions under which You are permitted to use the Company’s software, hardware, applications, websites, APIs, and any associated services (collectively, the “Services”). This Agreement is supplemented by and should be read in conjunction with Androidacy’s General Terms of Service (accessible at https://www.androidacy.com/terms/) and Privacy Policy (accessible at https://www.androidacy.com/privacy/). In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Agreement and the General Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, the provision that is more specific to the issue in conflict shall prevail.

  1. Restrictive Covenants:
    a. Prohibition on Unauthorized Conduct: The User shall not engage in reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, tampering, distributing, licensing, or selling any aspect of the Services. This prohibition extends to all software, hardware, trademarks, logos, and APIs provided by the Company.
    b. Security Compliance: The User agrees not to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Services, or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content accessible through the Services.
  2. Monetization and Data Usage Rights:
    a. Rights to Monetization: The Company reserves all rights to implement various monetization strategies, including but not limited to advertisement, subscription models, and data analytics, for generating revenue from the Services.
    b. Access Limitation and Revocation: In the event that the User is found to be circumventing monetization strategies or violating any aspect of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate the User’s access to the Services.
  3. Non-Interference Obligation:
    a. Mandate Against Interference: The User is strictly prohibited from interfering with the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained therein.
  4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties:
    a. Exclusion of Liability: The Company shall not be liable to the User or any third-party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of or inability to use the Services.
    b. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    a. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  6. Severability and Integration:
    a. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
    b. Entire Agreement: This EULA, together with the General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding the Services.
  7. Amendment and Modification:
    a. Right to Amend: The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services after such changes shall constitute the User’s consent to such changes.
